Very good mechanic. They obviously have the tools and equipment needed to diagnose and repair along with a technical skills to implement. North Geelong Auto have been servicing my cars for many years and they always do a great job.
Absolute magicians here. Took my car to 3 different mechanics who couldn't diagnose and thus fix an issue I was having with my Ford Fiesta. I gave up after the 3rd and just put up with it for quite some time. Brought my car here on a whim — they noticed it was running a little rough, did some diagnostic testing and found the problem. The bill only came to $150. I feel like this is the definition of excellent customer service, they went above and beyond, didn't try to rip me off and had the issue fixed promptly without a fuss. Very happy and grateful customer here.

Driving to Geelong from the other side of the bay on a Saturday morning I ended up having the fuel filter light coming up on my dash. Hilary accepted to take my car in and drain and change the filter on top of his other commitments that day. The service was good, I was grateful I found somebody who cared and was willing to help. The whole thing cost me $150 which was a fair price. Thank you for the last minute Saturday morning help Hilary, that's been very much appreciated.
